Our work is guided by discretion, precision, and strong attention to detail, ensuring every event is seamless, intentional, and beautifully executed.
The company is co-led by Jenneviere Tachav and Bayr Ubushi, bringing together creative direction, marketing expertise, and production experience.
Jenn Tachav
Jenn Tachav is a New York–based fashion stylist, creative director, and event professional with a background in marketing and advertising. She has worked across fashion, entertainment, and large-scale productions, including the Grammy Awards 2020, and has collaborated with CAA (Creative Artists Agency). Her experience blends visual storytelling with strategic thinking, ensuring each event is not only visually compelling but also thoughtfully structured and aligned with the client’s goals.
Bayr Ubushi
Bayr Ubushi is an event producer and PR professional with over seven years of experience producing fashion shows, brand activations, pop-ups, and international events across New York, Paris, Milan, and Miami. Bayr brings strong operational leadership, logistics management, and a deep understanding of brand positioning and guest experience.
